Terms and Conditions for Booking Courses
All bookings are made subject to these Terms and Conditions for Booking Courses.
No amendments are valid unless confirmed in writing and signed on behalf of Konch Training Limited
The date of your booking will be accepted as the date of acceptance on the course. If the course is fully booked, you will be notified and offered another date. If this is not convenient any course fees paid by you will be refunded in full.
Your attendance on the course is conditional on full payment of your course fees being received in advance of the start date of the course.
2. BOOKINGS BY ORGANISATIONS
If you are an employer/manager and are booking a course for your staff, it is your responsibility to ensure that the delegate/s has/have the appropriate knowledge and experience and meet the prerequisite criteria for the course.
If training is requested by an organisation, the organisation is responsible for organising the training venue and liaising with the facilitator for any training equipment required. The cost of any travel and accommodation expenses may apply and these will be agreed in advance.
3. COURSE ATTENDANCE
Delegates will receive a course programme/agenda by email prior to the course date, and will be advised of any preparation to be completed by the delegate prior to the course, if appropriate.
There will be no refund for failure to attend the course unless the delegate is unwell. If so they, must provide a note from a doctor covering the date of the course.
If it is necessary, and beyond the control of Konch Training Limited, delegates will be notified of any changes to course date, time, venue, facilitator or content, either by email or on the day of training.
Certificates will only be issued at the end of the training.
4. COURSE FEES
All course fees must be paid in full in advance of a delegate's attendance on a course. Failure to comply may result in the place being offered to another delegate.
Payments must be made in British Pound Sterling using BACS (Bankers' Automated Clearing Services), credit/debit card or cheque.
5. SUBSTITUTES AND CANCELLATION
Substitutes are allowed when a delegate is unavailable to attend a course that has been booked. Only one substitution is allowed per delegate booking.
